Tamara from Fort Myers, FL, United StatesThis looks so neat! How DO you do it? I love that blur! :) 24 Jun 2008 5:16pm @Tamara: thanks Tamara. It's an old trick done when I took the photo. I just smear some vaseline around the outer edge of the UV filter on my lens leaving a larger round area in the middle clear of any vaseline. viola ! @SKHallisey: thanks SK ! @alex centrella: thanks Alex, glad you like it. bluechameleon from Vancouver, CanadaOh wow, wow! 25 Jun 2008 5:25am @bluechameleon: thanks so much for your kind comments. I didn't know what lensbaby was untiljust now... freaky..... sometimes when I look at things my vision is centered and blurred around the edges..... if you stare at something long enough that happens.... I keep a spare UV filter in its case ready to go ;) Pavla from Saint James City, United Statesreally cool! Vaseline....who knew! Where was it taken? 25 Jun 2008 2:18pm @Pavla: Thanks for your cooments. Taken not far away. Out of Sydney past a place called Wiseman's Ferry near to Webb's Creek. I have loads more from this area on another site if you're keep to take a peek. Tamara from Fort Myers, FL, United StatesThanks for sharing. Thats a really great idea, and wish I could try that sometime!! Vaseline has yet another purpose! VOTE FOR VASELINE! ;) 25 Jun 2008 4:48pm @Tamara: I vote you for President of the "Vaseline Appreciation of Different Uses Party". Get up on your soapbox and give good ole "vaso" a go sometime!! If you don't happen to carry a spare jar in your handbag use a lip-balm maybe ;p |
