Oooh! Very nice Matt! The cool blue tones are nice and I really like how you have captured the direction the trees seem to be growing in...or perhaps they are just leaning.

@bluechameleon: thanks very much. I was really touched by this scene myself. I remembered an Erik Truffaz song called "bending my path".
Nice shot. This looks like something I have walked on. Where is it?

@Helen: thank you ! it's down at Bobbin Head past Turramurra in the Hawkesbury River system in Sydney. A fav spot of mine !
To me, it looks like the bushes on the left are about to attack the trees on the right, or they are chasing them.
A tree war.

@Pavla: yes there is a definite war happening, but only when there are no humans present.... as I walked this path I felt like I was being pulled away.....
Ha hahah @ Pavla. I think she is right! (Tree war! Almost like that song by Rush.."The Trees")
And you know, this picture looks alot like Florida, actually.. she also mentioned that earlier. I have to agree. :)

@Tamara: Our temps here get very hot and humid so I empathise with you people from Florida. Ahhhh Rush are a great canadian progressive rock band !! yes good song indeed !!
I have always loved this image Matt, it remdinds me of the saying "you never know what's around the corner". Great capture
