Have loads to catch up on when I get back including other peoples' work here in a-3. In a back street internet cafe in Bangkok, been to Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An is a pure delight. almost untouched, authentic..... spend the days hauling my gear and disappearing into the culture... doesn't get much better

@Kylie Greenan: many thanks Kylie. the light was great. my lens flared a little and in hindsight maybe I could have pulled the blinds down to diffuse some of that light.

@Tamara: thanks Tamara & Pavla ! What we each see in any piece of art or photography is totally our own experience and that's all that matters. That's why it's good to sometimes not name a piece maybe?
Lovely soft lighting and shades of grey. This is such a flattering image in more than just the literal sense. The light that follows along the left of the frame is so nice...great compostion. Your portraits are very touching.

Yes, I agree. And I do have a really hard time naming some of my photos. I sort of wish we weren't required to do so.... thats why alot of my titles are pretty weird. :)

@Tamara: Tamara, yes lets use weird names, and thats why I simply revert to just a name. Alot of artists leave the name blank for that reason, or it's just called "Untitled"
